In the summer of 2015, Bondeno was founded in Florence, Italy, uniting five generations of traditional Italian bespoke lastmaking and shoemaking expertise.

In the spring of 2017, we relocated our headquarters to New York City, where we are now based in Midtown Manhattan inside the MetLife Building, above Grand Central Station.

We design and craft biomechanically friendly footwear precisely tailored to each customer's unique foot shape through our TRI-CAPTURE™ foot shape acquisition process.

Our TRI-CAPTURE™ process is a convenient at-home foot shape acquisition method designed for creating truly bespoke custom-fitted footwear that combines three inputs: stepping into BIO-FOAM® molds for a weight-bearing plantar impression and outline, taking six guided photos of each foot, and recording five precise girth measurements per foot. These elements are integrated to create a comprehensive 3D "blueprint" of each foot, including instep height, volume, and contours, allowing Bondeno to carve highly accurate custom lasts for a superior fit.

Beyond capturing an accurate replica of each foot, we incorporate your specific fitting preferences in terms of desired snugness throughout different areas of each foot, to deliver ideal comfort and support throughout the entire shoe.

We also offer a FIT GUARANTEE™. Each pair of footwear we craft is a testament to our commitment to perfection, made to the exact contours and fitting specifications of each client. If they do not fit you exactly the way you want, we pledge to remake your order at no additional cost, ensuring your satisfaction.
