We offer 2 to 3 day delivery for our fitting box for customers who live inside the US or Canada through UPS. For clients who live outside the US or Canada, delivery takes 7 to 10 business through DHL.

We take 5 months to craft your bespoke lasts and footwear order.

Insured Shipping

We use insured and trackable UPS shipping services inside the US and DHL Worldwide Express for shipping services outside the US.

Tracking your order

You will receive a tracking number from us for your Bio-Foam® box and a second tracking number to track your shoe or boot order once they are completed and ready to be shipped to you.
