Because each Bondeno commission is handcrafted to your unique anatomical measurements, gait requirements, and specific design selections, we do not offer traditional returns or refunds. Your footwear is a singular creation, engineered exclusively for you.

The FIT GUARANTEE™
We stand behind the precision of our craft. If your footwear does not align with your requested dimensions, fitting preferences, or aesthetic specifications, we will provide a complete remake at no additional cost.

Technical Validation & Quality Assurance
To ensure an objective resolution in the event of a fit discrepancy, we utilize a rigorous internal audit. Our artisans record a continuous, uncut video documentation of the finished footwear, verified by the unique serial number stamped within each shoe. We then perform reverse-engineering by creating an internal cast to measure the exact volume of the finished interior. If these measurements deviate from your original data, a priority remake is initiated immediately.

Transfer of Commission
Should you wish to gift your experience, your bespoke shoe or boot commission may be transferred to a friend or family member. The recipient simply requires your original order number to begin their journey. If your TRI-CAPTURE™ kit has been misplaced during this time, we will provide a complimentary replacement to the new recipient.
