Our TRI-CAPTURE™ process is a convenient at-home foot shape acquisition method designed for creating bespoke custom-fitted footwear that combines three inputs:

1. Stepping into BIO-FOAM® foot molds for a weight-bearing plantar impression and outline
2. Taking six guided photos of each foot from specific angles
3. Recording five precise girth measurements per foot

These elements are integrated to create a comprehensive three-dimensional model of each foot, allowing Bondeno to carve precise custom lasts for a superior fit.

The TRI-CAPTURE™ process employs precise triangulation, capturing your foot's unique geometry from multiple complementary angles and cross-referencing the data points to detect and correct any errors or inconsistencies, ensuring the final three-dimensional model is accurate

If you wear insoles or custom prescription orthotics, our foot shape acquisition process also allows us to obtain their exact dimensions so that the proper amount of room is created when making your bespoke shoes or boots. Depending on how thick your insoles are, we are able to make the pattern of the shoe higher around your ankles, so that your feet won't slip out of the shoes once the insoles or orthotics are inserted.

1. Order Placement

2. TRI-CAPTURE™ Bespoke Fitting Kit Delivery

We provide 2–3 day delivery within the U.S. and Canada. International orders ship via DHL Worldwide Express and typically arrive within 4–7 business days.

3. Foot Shape Acquisition

The TRI-CAPTURE™ process takes approximately 10–15 minutes. Follow the included manual or book a Zoom guided session with a bespoke specialist. You may complete the process independently or with the assistance of another person.

4. Kit Return

After completing the acquisition process, return your BIO-FOAM® molds using the insured, prepaid UPS shipping label included in the box.

5. Last Blueprint Verification

Within five business days of receiving your molds and data, we will email a digital blueprint of your custom lasts. This allows you to verify the toe box shape and aesthetic. Unlimited revisions are available, with each iteration requiring two business days.

6. Physical Last Carving

Once the digital blueprints are approved, the physical carving of your wooden lasts will be completed within five business days.

7. Final Design Confirmation

While your lasts are being carved, we will contact you to finalize the design and color specifications. Changes to these details may be made up until this stage.

8. Production

A master shoemaker in Italy will handcraft your footwear using your personal lasts. This bespoke process requires 5 months to complete.

9. Delivery Coordination

Upon completion, we will contact you to verify your shipping address. We can hold shipments to accommodate travel schedules. Orders are shipped via insured, trackable UPS (North America) or DHL (International), and tracking numbers are provided upon dispatch.

10. Initial Fitting and Guarantee

When your footwear arrives, please test the fit using the same socks worn during the TRI-CAPTURE™ process. All orders are covered by our FIT GUARANTEE™. If the fit is not to your specifications, please contact us for assistance.
