ORDERING PROCESS FOR BESPOKE FOOTWEAR BY FOOT SHAPE

Our bespoke specialists are available to you for help and guidance throughout the entire process, Monday through Saturday, by Zoom video conference call, phone, or email.

Bespoke By Foot Shape

1. Ordering 

A bespoke shoe or boot order may be placed through our website from our collection page, over the phone, or by email. 

2. Bio-Foam® Box Delivery

On the next business day after you have placed your order, we will ship to you our Bio-Foam® Box and email you a UPS tracking number. Delivery will take 2 to 4 business days through UPS inside the US, or 4 to 7 business days through DHL Worldwide Express outside the US.

3. Foot Shape Acquisition Session

Book a 30 minute Zoom video call using this link so one of our bespoke specialists may go over the following items with you during the call:

    1. Learn about any fitting problems you have experienced in the past.
    2. Go over any design and customizations available for your bespoke shoe or boot order.
    3. Guide you on how to step in and out of our Bio-Foam® molds.

    4. Use Prepaid UPS Return Label

    Once you have completed the foot shape acquisition process, please use the insured and prepaid sticker return label included in the original box to ship back to us your 

    5. Shoe Last Blueprint Review 

    Once we receive your foot molds, we will email you within 5 business days a blueprint of how your lasts will look. The goal is to make sure that you are fully satisfied with how the toe box of your shoes will look given your foot shape. Some clients prefer the toe box to be pointier and some clients like the toe box to look rounder. You may request as many revisions as you need. Each revision takes 2 business days for us to produce. The toe box holds 80% of the stylistic character of your shoes and we want to make sure you are fully satisfied with its shape before we begin carving your lasts.

    6. Shoe Last Sculpting 

    Once you have approved the blueprint of your shoe lasts, our last maker will proceed with the physical carving of your lasts, which takes 10 business days.

    7. Shoemaking Process 

    Now that your bespoke lasts have been carved, our shoemaker will use your personal lasts to begin the crafting of your bespoke shoes or boots. The shoemaking process takes a total of 12 weeks.

    8. Shoe Delivery 

    Your shoes, once fully completed, will be shipped to your home using insured and trackable UPS or DHL Worldwide Express within 2 to 7  business days depending on the US state or country you live in. Your tracking number will be sent to you by email.

    9. Putting On Your Bespoke Shoes or Boots 

    Once you receive your shoes or boots, please try them on while wearing the same socks you wore during your foot impression process. We believe you will experience something truly amazing if you have never worn bespoke shoes before as they are made to mold to your feet.
