DESIGN & COLOR

We offer 2 ways of commissioning a custom design and color.

1. UPLOAD LINK

On the next business day after you place your order, we will email you a link to upload pictures of the exact style and color you would like us to recreate for your bespoke order. You may also email us in advance if you would like us to confirm your recreation request prior to placing your order.

2. LIVE VIDEO CALL

You may commission a specific design and color with the help of our bespoke specialist through a Zoom video call that you may schedule before or after you place your order.

UPPER LEATHER

French Calfskin: "Sicalf" 1.6 mm French full-grain A-grade calfskin tanned by Tanneries du Puy, founded in the South of France in 1946, owned by the Hermès Group. Sicalf is known for its suppleness, durability, and superior quality (details).

Italian Suede: "Roma" 1.2 mm premium Italian Suede

FITTING OPTIONS

• By Foot Shape: from the comfort of your home, step in and out of our Bio-Foam® precision foot molds, engineered and made by Smithers Bio-Medical Systems in Kent, Ohio. Our unique process allows us to obtain an exact replica of each individual foot up to 2 inches above the ankle bones, including its volume, dimensions, fitting preferences, and elasticity indexes throughout different areas of your feet to arrive at a proper fitting shoe (details).
• Reorder: if you are a returning customer, we will use your personal bespoke lasts stored at our warehouse in Italy to craft your order.

SOLE CONSTRUCTION

• Cemented: the sole is attached to the upper part of the shoe using cement.

SOLE MATERIAL OPTIONS

• Italian Pietro Presot Leather: leather tanned by the Pietro Presot family in Porcia, Italy, since 1932. They are known for their flexibility, impermeability and durability (details).

FIT GUARANTEE

Our shoes and boots are handcrafted using your exact foot shape, dimensions, fitting preferences, and elasticity indexes, or we will remake them, free of charge.

LIFETIME FREE SHOE LAST ADJUSTMENT PROGRAM

The height of our arches and foot dimensions change over time due to the natural aging process of our feet. We offer free adjustments to your lasts every time you place a new order. Any adjustments to your lasts are applied to your original bespoke lasts stored at our warehouse in Italy.

WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY

Our footwear are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials. If within 12 months of receiving your order, a defect occurs as the result of normal use, we will repair the defect or remake them. Learn more here.

Fitting Box Delivery: 2-3 days within the US & Canada.

Bespoke Order Delivery: 4 months

The price of this order includes the sculpting of a pair of bespoke lasts using your exact foot data. Your personal lasts will be stored at our warehouse in Italy to be used again when future orders are placed. If you would like to purchase and receive your physical bespoke lasts so a different shoemaker may craft your shoes or boots, you may purchase them here.

If you use insoles or orthotics, we are able to obtain the exact thickness and volume of your insoles during our foot shape acquisition process so the right amount of room is created for both your feet and your insoles when we make your bespoke shoes.

• Size Accomodation: The longest bespoke shoe we can make is 15.3 inches long or 39 cm. This is equivalent roughly to a US men's size 18. The smallest shoe we can make is 5 inches long or 13 cm, equivalent to roughly a US toddler size 8.
• Perfect Width Fit: Your shoes will be crafted to precisely match the width of each foot throughout the entire foot.
• Sensitive Toe Areas: We provide adequate room for sensitive big toes and pinky toes, preventing discomfort.
• Toe Box Space: We create the appropriate amount of toe box space at the front of the shoe for natural toe movement. This includes raising the height of the toe box if needed.
• Instep Customization: Whether you have a high or low instep, we adjust the pitch or inclination to fit perfectly, avoiding any pressure points.
• Heel Width: Whether your heels are wide or narrow, we tailor the fit to prevent slipping or tightness.
• Ankle Rubbing: We design the shoe to avoid rubbing around the ankle bones.
• Heel Comfort: We prevent the back of the heel from pinching or digging into the back of your foot.
• Pressure Sensitivity: For those with specific areas on their feet sensitive to pressure, we provide extra cushioning or space as needed.
• Bunion Accommodation: Extra room can be provided for bunions to ensure comfort.
• Leg Length Differences: we can make one shoe higher than the other to account for different leg lengths.
• Other Issues: If your specific foot issue isn't listed, please reach out to us. We can discuss whether we can accommodate your unique needs with our bespoke footwear crafting process.

Bespoke Lasts:

• Custom Creation: We do not modify pre-existing stock lasts. Instead, we carve bespoke lasts from scratch for each foot. This process ensures that every detail of your foot's shape and your fitting preferences are meticulously captured to create footwear that molds perfectly to your feet.
