Fit

• TRI-CAPTURE™ Bespoke Fitting Box: Our TRI-CAPTURE™ process is a convenient at-home foot shape acquisition method designed for creating bespoke custom-fitted shoes that captures 3 inputs:

1. Stepping into BIO-FOAM® foot molds for a weight-bearing impression and outline
2. Taking six guided photos of each foot from specific angles
3. Recording five precise girth measurements for each foot

These elements are integrated to create a comprehensive, anatomical, three-dimensional blueprint of each foot, allowing Bondeno to carve precise, bespoke custom lasts for a superior fit.

• Reorder Using Your Stored Last: we maintain your personal bespoke lasts within our private archive in Italy, to ensure every subsequent pair delivers the same fit as your first.

Sole Construction

• Blake-Stitch: 4 mm thick, single leather sole with a close cut profile. Not water resistant.
• Blake-Rapid: resoleable 8 mm double-leather sole, plus water resistance.
• Goodyear Welt: resoleable 8 mm double-leather sole with a cork filled footbed that molds to your feet and improves shock absorption. This sole construction method offers long-term durability and superior water resistance.

Sole Material

• Italian Pietro Presot Leather: leather tanned by the Pietro Presot family in Porcia, Italy, since 1932. They are known for their flexibility, impermeability and durability.
• Vibram Rubber: sole known for its consistent quality of traction, durability and comfort. Adds an extra 4 mm to the thickness of the sole.

Whether you prefer a classic rounded profile or a structured squared contour, each last is engineered to provide optimal internal volume while maintaining a sleek, refined silhouette.

For clients who utilize personal orthotics or specialized insoles, our foot shape acquisition process captures the precise volume and topography of your inserts. This data allows us to engineer the exact internal capacity required for both your feet and your orthotics to ensure a seamless fit within your bespoke footwear.

Furthermore, we meticulously recalibrate the leather pattern around the heel and ankle to accommodate the additional elevation. This anatomical adjustment prevents heel slippage and maintains a secure hold regardless of the insole's thickness.

Your purchase includes the creation of your personal bespoke lasts, carved from your unique anatomical data. These forms serve as the foundation for all future orders and are stored in our archive in Italy for your convenience. Workmanship Warranty

We stand behind the enduring integrity of our craft. Every commission is warranted against artisanal defects for a period of 12 months. In the rare event of a structural inconsistency under normal wear, our Italian workshop will prioritize a meticulous repair or a full replacement.
