Bespoke Custom Fitted & Designed Lasts For Shoemaking

Bespoke lasts only need to be purchased if you are looking to own your personal lasts to have a different shoemaker make footwear for you. When you place an order on our website for a pair of bespoke shoes or boots, the price already includes the cost of sculpting a set of bespoke lasts using your feet's exact shape, dimensions, and fitting preferences.

If you are ordering bespoke footwear from us, your personal lasts will be stored at our warehouse in Italy to be used again when future orders are placed.

Our bespoke lasts are carved from scratch using the client's foot shape, dimensions, and fitting preferences. We never use or modify numbered stock lasts. Every set of lasts are individually created specifically for each client. Boot lasts are 2 inches higher than shoe lasts. 

We will ship you a foot shape acquisition kit so you may get fitted from the comfort of your home.

As your anatomy matures, your archived bespoke lasts remain a living record of your needs. We offer complimentary anatomical refinements to your lasts with every new order, ensuring your signature Bondeno fit remains constant, even as time passes. Your personal lasts are securely preserved in our Italian archive for all future creations.

TOE SHAPE

We offer from left to right the Perfetta Chisel Toe, the Classic Chisel Toe, the Classic Square, and the Classic Round. 

Once we receive your foot molds back, we will reach out to help you select the appropriate toe box shape that will best fit your foot shape.

Fit

• From the comfort of your home, step in and out of BIO-FOAM® precision foot molds, engineered and made by Smithers Bio-Medical Systems in Kent, Ohio. Our comprehensive foot shape acquisition process allows us to obtain an exact replica of each individual foot up to 2 inches above the ankle bones, including its volume, dimensions, fitting preferences, and elasticity indexes throughout different areas of your feet to arrive at a proper fitting pair of shoes or boots.

Fit Guarantee

Our shoes and boots are handcrafted using your exact foot shape, dimensions, fitting preferences, and elasticity indexes, or we will remake them, free of charge.

Based on your foot shape, we design a few custom toe box shapes for you to choose from.

For clients who utilize personal orthotics or specialized insoles, our foot shape acquisition process captures the precise volume and topography of your inserts. This data allows us to engineer the exact internal capacity required for both your feet and your orthotics to ensure a seamless fit within your bespoke footwear.

Furthermore, we meticulously recalibrate the leather pattern around the heel and ankle to accommodate the additional elevation. This anatomical adjustment prevents heel slippage and maintains a secure hold regardless of the insole's thickness.
